• Buyer Package: $150–$250
• Seller Package: $150–$250
• Refinance: $125–$175
• HELOC: $100–$150
• Reverse Mortgage: $175–$225
• Estate Plans / Wills and Trust Signings: $150 service fee (per visit, up to 2 people) and $10 for each document.

Please note: you will need to provide 2 disinterested witnesses and they will need to present a current ID.

Certified Copies – Non-Recordable Documents

Texas Notaries may certify copies of non-recordable documents. We provide certified copies for documents that are not recorded with government agencies.
